Continuing our look at what is on the market for an average spend and the lowest priced options in the same areas around the UK; this time we are looking at the South East.  As before for those buying and selling houses we have as far as possible kept out of the cities and larger towns.  The following properties on the market are edge of town, rural or semi rural.

We take a look at on the market for sale pages to see what is available where at the average selling price.  of course you could look at other online listing sites such as Rightmove or Zoopla

Just off the seafront

South East Roundup

What this search of properties on the market for sale in the South East region shows us is the very high number of properties for sale in Surrey around the average selling price of £337,371.

There are some gems on the market here and in some areas, there are obviously compromises needed to find property in the price range.  Those familiar with buying and selling houses will know that sometimes it’s a case of being in the right place at the right time – or ready to move a sale forward to secure the desirable property.  Those wanting to see what is on the market around the previous average selling price for buying and selling houses or lower will have to compromise further to secure an out of town or edge of town property.
