The market all over the UK continues to be strong for cash house buyers who can move to buy a house quickly and chain free.  If you don’t have a property to sell but are not strictly cash house buyers, it’s worth having all the documentation in place regarding a mortgage in principle, your deposit funds and have a conveyancer standing by to help you.  If those wanting a quick house sale realise you are serious and ready to go then you will have a massive advantage over others with a house still to sell who may be caught in a chain.
