We’ve found properties around that average price and sought out the cheapest options in the area, whilst keeping out of central city and towns locations.

The UK national average price is now £337,371 of course being an average figure there are properties considerably more expensive and some that are cheaper.

In line with current trends, we have focussed our searches outside of cities and larger towns.

SCOTLAND

Prices in Scotland still remain comparatively low to the rest of the UK with asking prices averaging at just £170,210. Surprising when you consider how much Scotland has to offer.
